5‑16 Loading of prescribed meat or meat products—supervision
Loading of prescribed meat or meat products for export must be carried out under the supervision of: (a) an authorised officer; or (b) a person designated in an approved arrangement as a person who may supervise the loading, if: (i) the approved arrangement covers the last operations to prepare the meat or meat products at a registered establishment before export; and (ii) the supervision is in accordance with the arrangement.
