#### 3‑18 Feedlot management system must be implemented (1) The management system required by paragraph 3‑5(1)(c) in relation to the EU export meat production operations covered by the accreditation of a feedlot, including any variations of the management system approved by the Secretary under subsection 87(2) of the Act, must be implemented. (2) The manager of the accredited feedlot must not implement a variation of the management system in relation to the EU export meat production operations unless: (a) the manager has applied to the Secretary under subsection 87(1) of the Act to vary the management system; and (b) the variation has been approved under subsection 87(2) of the Act; and (c) notice of the approval has been given to the manager under section 88 of the Act.
