#### 12‑2 Allocations of inspection services in effect immediately before commencement time (1) This section applies if an allocation of inspection services for a registered establishment under Part 1 of Schedule 10 to the old Export Control (Meat) Orders was in effect immediately before the commencement time. (2) The allocation continues to have effect after the commencement time as if it were an allocation of meat inspection services to the registered establishment under Division 1 of Part 6 of Chapter 4 of this instrument.
