#### 12‑1 Definitions In Parts 2 to 5 of this Chapter: > commencement time means the time when section 3 of the Export Control Act 2020 commences. > old Export Control (General) Order means the Export Control (Prescribed Goods—General) Order 2005, as in force immediately before the commencement time. > old Export Control (Meat) Orders means the Export Control (Meat and Meat Products) Orders 2005, as in force immediately before the commencement time.
