40A Documentation fees
(1) Fees are imposed in accordance with this Part for the issue of a document in relation to the export of the following products: (a) grain (whether or not the grain is prescribed grain); (d) plants; (e) plant products. (2) The amount of a fee imposed by suborder (1) is the amount specified in or calculated in accordance with the relevant item of Schedule 5. (3) A fee imposed by suborder (1) in respect of a document is payable by the person who requested or applied for the document.
