2 Commencement and application

(1) Subject to suborder (2), these Orders commence on 1 November 2001. (2) The repeals of Part 3C of the Export Control (Fees) Orders 1986, as amended, and of the provisions of those Orders imposing an annual fee for an EXDOC registered user’s interaction with EXDOC in respect of exports of horticulture products are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2001. (3) If a service in respect of which a fee is imposed by these Orders started to be performed before 1 November 2001, the applicable fee for the service in respect of the period before that date is to be ascertained in accordance with the Export Control (Fees) Orders 1986, as amended.
