14 Imposition of fees
(1) Fees are imposed in accordance with this Part for the performance of services in respect of the following goods: (a) grains (whether prescribed grains or not); (b) plants; (c) plant products. (2) A fee imposed in accordance with this Part is payable by the person for whom the services are performed.
