23 Remitting basic fees and late payment fees
(1) The Secretary may, if the Secretary considers it appropriate to do so, remit the whole or part of a basic fee or a late payment fee that is payable or paid to the Commonwealth under this instrument. (2) The Secretary may do so on his or her own initiative or on written application by a person.
