8‑17 Persons who may apply official marks to eggs or egg products etc.
An official mark may be applied to eggs or egg products only by: (a) a person acting in accordance with: (i) an approved arrangement that covers the application of the official mark; or (ii) a direction given by an authorised officer; or (b) an authorised officer; or (c) a person to whom the Secretary has given a written approval to apply the official mark at a specified registered establishment and in relation to specified eggs or egg products, if the application is in accordance with the approval.
