7‑9 Application of this Part
This Part applies in relation to the following applications: (a) an application under section 224 of the Act for an export permit for prescribed eggs or egg products; (b) an application under paragraph 229(3)(b) of the Act to vary: (i) an export permit for prescribed eggs or egg products; or (ii) conditions of an export permit for prescribed eggs or egg products.
