66 Standard dried pears
Standard dried pears shall consist of dried pears that comply with clause 63 and:
(a) have a reasonably typical colour, texture, flavour and odour; and
(b) pass over:
(i) when unpeeled halves, a 30 millimetre riddle; or
(ii) when peeled halves, a 23 millimetre riddle.
