64 Fancy dried pears
Fancy dried pears shall consist of dried pears that comply with clause 63 and:
(a) have a typical colour, texture, flavour and odour;
(b) are graded as ‘extra large’, ‘large’ or ‘medium’; and
(c) do not contain more than five per cent by count of dried pear pieces that have a white cut surface.
