9‑30 Requirements for applications

(1) An application must: (a) be made in a manner and form approved by the Secretary; and (b) include the information required by the form; and (c) be accompanied by any documents required by the form. (2) The Secretary may accept any information or document previously given to the Secretary in connection with an application to which this Division applies as satisfying any requirement to give that information or document under subsection (1). (3) An application is taken not to have been made if the application does not comply with the requirements referred to in subsection (1) for the application.
