6‑31 Application of this Part
This Part applies in relation to the following applications: (a) an application under section 190 of the Act for a livestock export licence; (b) an application under section 195 of the Act to renew a livestock export licence; (c) an application under section 199 of the Act to vary: (i) a livestock export licence; or (ii) the conditions of a livestock export licence.
