6‑19 Exports to Kuwait
(1) A consignment of sheep must not be exported to Kuwait unless Kuwait or Oman will be the first port of unloading for the vessel transporting the sheep. (2) Subsection (1) applies regardless of whether the holder of the sheep export licence covering the sheep became aware before or after the vessel left Australian territory that Kuwait would be a destination place for the vessel.
