5‑15 Requirements for approval must continue to be met

(1) The requirements prescribed by Division 1 must continue to be met in relation to the approved arrangement and the holder of the approved arrangement. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1): (a) a reference in Division 1 to a proposed arrangement is to be read as a reference to an approved arrangement; and (b) a reference to the applicant for approval of a proposed arrangement is to be read as a reference to the holder of an approved arrangement.
