12‑3 Direction given to operator of registered premises before commencement time to alter operations manual

(1) This section applies in relation to a registered establishment if: (a) the establishment was registered premises under the old Export Control (Animals) Order; and (b) the Secretary had, under subsection 2.11(4) of that Order, directed the operator of the registered premises, by notice in writing, to alter the approved operations manual for the premises in a specified way within a specified reasonable time; and (c) the specified time had not ended before the commencement time; and (d) the operator had not complied with the notice before the commencement time. (2) The notice continues to have effect after the commencement time as if it were a notice given to the operator of the registered establishment under subsection 4‑9(2) of this instrument to vary the operations manual for the establishment.
