12‑20 Notice of varied conditions of accreditation given before commencement time to take effect after that time

If: (a) the Secretary had given a written notice to an accredited veterinarian under subsection 4A.06(3) of the old Export Control (Animals) Order adding, varying or removing conditions of the accreditation of the veterinarian; and (b) the varied conditions had not taken effect before the commencement time; then the varied conditions take effect after the commencement time in accordance with the notice as if the variation had been made under subsection 9‑18(3) of this instrument and the notice had been given under subsection 9‑18(4) of this instrument.
