12‑18 Notice requiring accredited veterinarian to undertake further training given before commencement time

If: (a) Secretary had given a written notice to an accredited veterinarian under subsection 4A.09(1) of the old Export Control (Animals) Order requiring the veterinarian to undertake specified further training; and (b) the accredited veterinarian had not completed the training before the commencement time; then the accredited veterinarian must complete the training after the commencement time as required by the notice as if it had been given under subsection 9‑13(6) of this instrument.
