11‑8 Records to be retained by holder of approved arrangement

(1) The holder of an approved arrangement for a kind of export operations in relation to prescribed livestock must retain each document: (a) that is made by the holder or that comes into the holder’s possession; and (b) that is relevant to showing whether the holder has complied, or is complying, with: (i) the applicable requirements of the Act; and (ii) the approved arrangement; and (iii) the conditions of the approved arrangement. (2) The holder of the approved arrangement must retain each record referred to in subsection (1) for at least 2 years starting on the day the record is made by the holder or comes into the holder’s possession (as the case may be).
