96 Notice of suspension (1) If the Secretary decides to suspend the accreditation of a property under this Division, the Secretary must give the manager of the property a written notice stating the following: (a) that the accreditation of the property is to be suspended, for the period specified in the notice, in relation to all or specified kinds of export operations and all or specified kinds of prescribed goods and, if applicable, all or specified places to which goods may be exported; (2) If the manager was given a notice (a show cause notice) under subsection 94(2) that included the request referred to in paragraph 94(3)(c), the suspension must not start before the earlier of the following:
