66Additional or corrected information

66  Additional or corrected information  (1) A person who has made an application to an issuing body under section 65 must comply with subsection (2) of this section if:  (a) the person becomes aware that information included in the application, or information or a document given to the issuing body in relation to the application, was incomplete or incorrect; or  (2) The person must, as soon as practicable, give the issuing body additional or corrected information, to the extent that it is relevant to the issuing body’s consideration of the application. Note 1: A person may commit an offence or be liable to a civil penalty if the person makes a false or misleading statement in an application or provides false or misleading information or documents (see sections 136.1, 137.1 and 137.2 of the Criminal Code and sections 367, 368 and 369 of this Act).  (a) the person is required to give information to the issuing body under subsection (2); and
