418 Goods seized in certain circumstances may be destroyed If: (a) an authorised officer, or a person assisting an authorised officer, seizes perishable goods under Chapter 10 (compliance and enforcement) or the Regulatory Powers Act; and (b) the goods are not able to be stored in a way that preserves them; the Secretary may cause the goods to be destroyed or otherwise disposed of.
