388Use or disclosure for the purposes of this Act

388  Use or disclosure for the purposes of this Act  (1) An entrusted person or a person covered by subsection (2) may use or disclose relevant information in the course of or for the purposes of:  (b) assisting another person to perform functions or duties, or exercise powers, under this Act.  (2) The following persons are covered by this subsection:  (a) a person employed or engaged by the Commonwealth or a body corporate that is established by a law of the Commonwealth;  (b) an authorised officer;  (c) an approved auditor;  (d) an approved assessor;  (e) an accredited veterinarian;  (f) a nominated export permit issuer;  (g) an issuing officer.
