382  Notice of decision  (1) After a reviewable decision is made, the person who made the decision must give a written notice to the relevant person for the decision stating the following:  (a) the terms of the decision;  (b) the reasons for the decision;  (c) information about the person’s right to have the decision reviewed. However, a failure to give the notice required by this section does not affect the validity of the decision.  (2) This section does not affect any requirement to give notice of a reviewable decision under another provision of this Act.
