373  Rules may prescribe kinds of persons that are required to be fit and proper persons for the purposes of Chapter 5 or 6  (1) The rules may prescribe kinds of persons who are required, for the purposes of Chapter 5 (approved arrangements) or Chapter 6 (export licences), to be fit and proper persons (having regard to the matters referred to in section 372).  (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the rules may prescribe kinds of persons by reference to a kind of export operations carried out, or to be carried out, by persons of that kind in accordance with an approved arrangement or under an export licence (as the case requires).
