364A  Simplified outline of this Part An executive officer of a body corporate may commit an offence or be liable to a civil penalty if the executive officer knew, or was reckless or negligent, about contraventions of certain provisions by the body corporate and failed to take all reasonable steps to prevent the contravention. A body corporate must not indemnify a person against certain liabilities incurred by the person as an executive officer of the body corporate. A relevant court may make an adverse publicity order in relation to a person who has been ordered to pay a penalty for a contravention of, or has been found guilty of an offence against, a provision of this Act.
