351  Responsibility to provide facilities and assistance  (1) An appropriate person for relevant premises entered under section 346 or 347 must provide the following persons with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers while on the premises:  (a) any authorised officer who enters the premises;  (b) each person assisting the authorised officer.  (a) the person is subject to subsection (1); and  (b) the person fails to comply with that subsection.
