342  Responsibility to provide facilities and assistance  (1) An appropriate person for premises to which an adjacent premises warrant relates must provide the following persons with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers while on the premises:  (a) an authorised officer executing the warrant;  (b) each person assisting the authorised officer.  (a) the person is subject to subsection (1); and  (b) the person fails to comply with that subsection. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
