312Accreditation of veterinarians

312  Accreditation of veterinarians  (1) The rules may make provision for and in relation to the accreditation of veterinarians for the purposes of carrying out export operations in approved export programs.  (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the rules may make provision for and in relation to any of the following:  (a) requirements that must be met for accreditation;  (b) applications for accreditation;  (c) the period of an accreditation;  (d) conditions of an accreditation;  (e) variation, suspension and revocation of an accreditation;  (f) records and reporting by an accredited veterinarian.
