254  Simplified outline of this Part The rules may make provision for and in relation to the following:  (a) marks that are to be official marks for the purposes of this Act and other matters relating to official marks;  (b) resemblances of official marks and other matters relating to resemblances;  (c) official marking devices. A person must not engage in conduct that contravenes rules made for the purposes of this Part. A false, misleading or deceptive official mark must not be applied to goods that are intended to be exported, or to a document that relates to goods that are intended to be exported or to trade with another country. An official mark that is applied to goods that are intended to be exported, or to a document that relates to goods that are intended to be exported or to trade with another country, must not be altered so as to be misleading or deceptive.
