251 Meaning of false trade description A trade description for goods is a false trade description for the goods if the description is false or likely to mislead in a material respect due to: (a) anything contained in or omitted from the description; or (b) any alteration of or interference with the description (whether by way of addition, removal, defacement or otherwise).
