210  Effect of suspension  (1) If an export licence is suspended wholly or in part under Division 1 or 2:  (a) the licence remains in force while it is suspended; and  (b) subject to rules made for the purposes of subsection (2), the requirements of this Act in relation to the licence (including the conditions of the licence) must be complied with while the licence is suspended.  (2) The rules may prescribe requirements of this Act (including conditions of an export licence) that are not required to be complied with during any period when the licence is suspended.
