174 Period of suspension (1) A suspension of an approved arrangement, or a part of an approved arrangement, under this Division must not be for more than 12 months. (2) The Secretary may vary the period of a suspension under this Division by written notice to the holder of the approved arrangement. However, the total period of the suspension must not be more than 12 months.
