150  Application for approval of proposed arrangement  (1) A person may apply to the Secretary to approve a proposed arrangement for a kind of export operations in relation to a kind of prescribed goods.  (2) A proposed arrangement:  (a) must be recorded in writing in one or more documents; and  (b) may relate to more than one kind of export operations and more than one kind of prescribed goods; and  (c) may, but is not required to, specify one or more places to which goods covered by the arrangement are to be exported.  (3) An application may relate to more than one proposed arrangement. Note 1: The export of a kind of prescribed goods may be prohibited unless export operations in relation to the goods are carried out in accordance with an approved arrangement covering the export operations and the goods (see section 29 and the rules made for the purposes of that section).
