148 Register of registered establishments (1) The Secretary must keep a register of information about establishments that are registered under this Chapter. (2) The register may be kept at a place and in a form that the Secretary determines, and may be kept by electronic means. (3) The register must include the information in relation to a registered establishment prescribed by the rules.
