129 Notice of suspension (1) If the Secretary decides to suspend the registration of an establishment under this Division, the Secretary must give the occupier of the establishment a written notice stating the following: (a) that the registration is to be suspended, for the period specified in the notice, in relation to all or specified kinds of export operations and all or specified kinds of prescribed goods and, if applicable, all or specified places to which goods may be exported; (2) If the occupier was given a notice (a show cause notice) under subsection 127(2) that included the request referred to in paragraph 127(3)(c), the suspension must not start before the earlier of the following:
