126  Request to revoke suspension  (1) If the registration of an establishment is suspended under section 125, the occupier of the establishment may request the Secretary to revoke the suspension.  (3) If the Secretary receives a request from the occupier of a registered establishment under subsection (1), the Secretary may:  (a) if the Secretary is satisfied that the reason for the suspension no longer exists and there is no reason why the suspension should not be revoked—revoke the suspension by written notice to the occupier; or  (i) suspend the registration of the establishment under Division 2 of this Part; or  (ii) revoke the registration of the establishment under Division 2 of Part 6. Note: A decision to suspend or revoke the registration of the establishment is a reviewable decision (see Part 2 of Chapter 11).
