113  Conditions of registration  (1) The registration of an establishment is subject to:  (b) the conditions prescribed by the rules (other than any of those conditions that the Secretary decides are not to be conditions of the registration); and  (c) any additional conditions that the Secretary considers appropriate and that are specified in the notice given to the applicant with the certificate of registration. Note 1: The occupier of a registered establishment may commit an offence or be liable to a civil penalty if a condition of the registration is contravened (see section 144). Note 2: The registration of an establishment may be suspended or revoked if a condition of the registration is contravened (see sections 127 and 138). Note 3: A decision to register an establishment subject to additional conditions is a reviewable decision (see Part 2 of Chapter 11). Note 4: Part 7 sets out additional obligations of the occupier of a registered establishment.  (a) the occupier of an establishment;  (b) the kind of establishment;  (3) For the purposes of this Act, conditions to which the registration of an establishment is subject under subsection (1) or section 118 are conditions of the registration.
