111  Application for registration of establishment  (1) The occupier of an establishment (other than a registered establishment) may apply to the Secretary to register the establishment for a kind of export operations in relation to a kind of prescribed goods. Note 1: The export of a kind of prescribed goods may be prohibited unless export operations in relation to the goods have been carried out at a registered establishment (see section 29 and rules made for the purposes of that section).
