#### 9D Authorised officers to undertake certain approved export program activities (1) The Secretary may direct an authorised officer to undertake some or all of the activities in an approved export program, whether or not an authorised officer is required in accordance with the program itself to undertake the activities. (2) If the Secretary gives such a direction, he or she must, in writing, notify the exporter to whose export activities the approved export program relates.
