#### 4A Regulations may provide for the extension of Act to certain Territories
(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act does not extend to the following Territories:
(aa) Norfolk Island;
(a) the Territory of Christmas Island;
(b) the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
(2) Regulations may be made to extend the whole or a part of this Act to one or more of the Territories.
