11L Authorised officer must produce identity card
An authorised officer may not exercise any powers under this Part in relation to premises (other than premises entered under a warrant) if: (a) the occupier of the premises has required the officer to produce his or her identity card for inspection by the occupier; and (b) the officer fails to comply with the requirement.
