#### 10C Seizures without offence‑related warrant in emergency situations (1) This section applies when an authorised officer has entered premises under section 10A or under a warrant issued under section 10B. (2) If the authorised officer suspects, on reasonable grounds, that: (a) particular evidential material is in or on the premises; and (b) it is necessary to seize the evidential material in order to prevent it from being concealed, lost or destroyed; and (c) it is necessary to do so without the authority of a warrant under section 10E because the circumstances are serious and urgent; the authorised officer may seize the evidential material if he or she finds it there.
