10 Regulated matters and regulated goods

Regulated matters (1) Each matter referred to in column 1 of an item in a table in a section of this Part is a regulated matter for the purposes of subsection 11(1) of the Act. Regulated goods (2) The following goods are regulated goods for the purposes of subsection 11(1) of the Act: (a) animal reproductive material; (b) eggs; (c) egg products; (d) fish; (e) fish products; (f) live animals; (g) live‑stock; (h) meat; (i) meat products; (j) milk; (k) milk products; (l) organic produce; (m) plants; (n) plant products; (o) goods in relation to which a government certificate has been issued under section 8.05 of the Export Control (Prescribed Goods—General) Order 2005; (p) goods in relation to which a tariff rate quota certificate has been issued.
