36 Consent to enter area
(1) An area manager for a Commonwealth explosives area may, for the purposes of paragraph 24(2)(b), give written consent to a person to enter the area. (2) Consent may be given subject to conditions specified in the instrument of consent. (3) Without limiting subsection (2), conditions may include requiring the person to observe signs displayed in the area indicating times during which persons with consent may or may not access the area.
