34 Identity cards for compliance auditors

(1) The Competent Authority must issue to a compliance auditor an identity card that: (a) shows a recent photograph of the compliance auditor; and (b) includes: (i) the signature of the compliance auditor; and (ii) the name and office of the compliance auditor; and (iii) the date that the card expires. (2) A person who ceases to be a compliance auditor must, as soon as practicable, return the person’s identity card to the Competent Authority.

Note: Penalties for a failure to comply with subsection (1) or (2) of this section are set by section 20 of the Act.
