69 Applications for review of decisions
(1) [Section 69 Subsection (1) amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 96, Applied:01 Jul 2025] A person who is aggrieved by a decision made by the Secretary or an authorised officer under this Act, or a prescribed decision under this Act, may apply to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a review of that decision.
(2) In this section –
decision includes a direction under Division 3 of Part 5 .
