5 Act not to apply to transport of dangerous goods covered by other scheme
> To the extent to which it is regulated by the [Dangerous Goods (Road and Rail Transport) Act 2008](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2008-095) or any regulations made under that Act, this Act does not apply to—
>
> > (a) the transport of dangerous goods (within the meaning of that Act) by road or rail, or
>
> > (b) any associated activity or matter.
