sec.81 Powers of inspector
An inspector is subject to the directions of— the CEO; and for an inspector other than the chief inspector—the chief inspector. The powers of an inspector may be limited— under a regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice given by the CEO to the inspector; or for an inspector other than the chief inspector—by written notice given by the chief inspector to the inspector. s 81 amd 2024 No. 34 s 120 (sec.81-ssec.1) An inspector is subject to the directions of— the CEO; and for an inspector other than the chief inspector—the chief inspector. (sec.81-ssec.2) The powers of an inspector may be limited— under a regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by written notice given by the CEO to the inspector; or for an inspector other than the chief inspector—by written notice given by the chief inspector to the inspector.
